The warehouse is located in Dzilnuciems, Mācītājmuiža 1 (15 min. from Spices, 15 min. from Mārupes, 10 min. from Jūrmala, 25 min. from the city center by car).

1. We offer four ways to place and complete your desired order list: • On the website, by creating a shopping cart and sending a rental request for the inventory. • By writing the desired order list via WhatsApp. • By calling the office phone number. • By sending an email.
2. To create your desired list on the website, go to the “Tents and Equipment” section.
3. Select your desired products and build your list by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
4. If you want to view more information and add it to the cart, click on the respective product.
5. While viewing more information, select the quantity of the product, the rental date range, and add it to the cart.
6. To send the rental request or view the rental list, go to the “Cart” section.
7. In the cart, you can review all the added products and their quantities, and if you change your mind, you can remove unnecessary items from the cart.
8. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, click “Submit Request.”
9. When placing an order, you will need to: • Enter your contact information. • Choose delivery or pickup from the warehouse. • Select whether assembly is required. • Choose a payment method.
10. Once all fields are filled in, click “Send Request.”
11. Once we have received your request, we will respond in writing or by phone.
12. We will respond regarding product availability, delivery, and assembly.
13. Delivery prices depend on the driving distance and delivery quantity.
14. Assembly prices depend on the amount of assembly required.
15. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
